Meet Paul Lones

Versatile executive with extensive experience in engineering, operations, supply chain, human resources and information technology in dynamic and competitive global organizations. Creative leader and problem solver with a demonstrated track record of organizational transformation. Proven capability to work across organizational and international boundaries to build strong, cross functional teams that deliver significant performance improvement. Extensive global experience as an expatriate, through frequent overseas projects and in managing global organizations. Broad non profit experience through volunteer project management and board leadership roles in health care, education and human services organizations.

He has served in a variety of engineering and management roles at Fairchild Semiconductor and National Semiconductor, including process & equipment engineering, operations and plant management, product line management, supply chain management, information technology and human resources. In these roles, Paul has had direct P&L responsibility and has served as Managing Director of manufacturing operations, CPO, CIO and CHRO

In addition to his consulting practice, Mr. Lones also currently serves on the board of directors of Mercy Hospital in Portland Maine and is Vice Chair of the board and chairs the Governance Committee.

Practice specialties include strategic planning, business process improvement, talent & organizational development and cost & performance management. Paul is particularly interested in the intersection between between business strategy, technology and organizational transformation to find unique opportunities for significant performance improvement.

Paul has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, Master's Degree in Education from The University of Southern Maine, Executive Certificate in Management & Leadership from the Sloan School of Business and extensive training in management, leadership, process improvement and organizational development.
