Mike has taken multiple businesses through successful growth and exit, most recently having led, as President & CEO, the turnaround and successful sale of a mid-sized, family-owned enterprise. He is experienced in both buy-side and sell-side M&A, helping business owners navigate acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic exits. Many entrepreneurs excel at their core products or services but need expert support in scaling operations, attracting investment, or overcoming growing pains—that’s where Mike comes in.
After a seven-year tenure with a multinational agribusiness, where he helped establish two successful joint ventures, Mike co-founded and led a management services firm. For over 25 years, he has provided interim and fractional C-level leadership and consulting, working with companies on both short-term projects and long-term engagements as a trusted advisor, mentor, and coach.
His diverse client base spans manufacturers, chemical handlers, banks, nonprofits, distributors, service firms, franchises, and estates. His expertise includes turnaround and bankruptcy work, as well as serving as contract COO for a statewide nonprofit during a major operational transition. Mike also spent nine years as CIO for a 120+ employee healthcare organization, leading key systems implementations and organizational improvements. As Director and CFO for a startup consumer goods company, he successfully conducted a capital raise and sale.
